Frequently asked questions
Which ages do you take?
From six weeks to three years, in three rooms: Infants, Toddlers and Twos.
Are you open early enough for a hospital shift?
We open at 5:30 am, Monday to Friday. Tell us your shift at the tour and we'll plan your drop-off with you.
How do babies sleep here?
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own crib, with nothing else in the crib. Toddlers and Twos rest on a mat in a quiet room.
Is there a place for my baby?
Write or call, and we'll tell you whether the room you want has a place. If it's full, you join the waitlist, and we call when one opens.
Can I read your license?
Yes. It is shown on every page, and a copy hangs at the front desk for you to read at your tour.
What should I bring on the first day?
A spare outfit or two, a jacket or sun hat for the weather and your baby's bottles, labeled with your baby's name.
Do you take child care assistance?
Ask us at the tour, and we'll tell you what we can confirm for your family.
Something we missed?
Write or call, and we'll answer.
