How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes. Shernette goes through the figures with you in writing at your tour.

Registration

A one-time registration opens your child's file and comes with the application. We tell you what it covers before you apply.

Holding a place

When a place is yours, a payment holds it until the first day and goes toward your first month. If the room is full, you join the waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, by autopay or at the front desk, and you get a statement each month.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice in writing before your child leaves, and we go over what happens to the month in progress.

Wipes, supplies and other costs

Wipes, supplies and special formula are what families ask about. Some families bring their own and some ask us to provide them; we agree on it at enrollment and write down anything extra first.
